About Javier Diaz
I spent nearly a decade as a prosecuting attorney, handling cases ranging from minor violations to serious felonies. Throughout that time, I gained extensive experience in negotiations, motions, hearings, and jury trials. This background allows me to offer valuable insight into every stage of the criminal justice process.
As an administrative attorney, I advised government agencies on investigations and operations, represented them in administrative hearings, and defended their decisions on appeal. This work gave me a deep understanding of how government processes work—and how to navigate them effectively to achieve favorable outcomes.
